Our Dream
We, like you, are travelers, who expect online sites to offer much more than simple stats and figures - i.e. what the best price is to get from A to B... lists of hotels in a particular city, etc. These sites are helpful, but we think that online travel should move to the next level.

We believe that we travel to do things - to find out about cultures, people, and places - and to see what the world has to offer. How many times have we come back raving about the great flight we had? Perhaps not that often...because we come back and talk about what we did while we were away - how great the safari was, how we will always remember our exhilirating drive through the countryside vineyards, and just how delicious that tiramisu was that we shared. We talk about experiences.That is the purpose of our travel, that is why we board the flight - and endure it all the way - in the first place.

This is where we felt online sources were not helping much. We wanted sites to tell us all about a destination - what we needed to know to "understand" a place - by giving us comprehensive views of available travel experiences. That's why we have placed these products together under one roof - because we know that, if you're anything like us, you want to be able to plan and book your trips in the most convenient way possible.

Our History
Our journey began in mid 2005, when we (the founders) decided to give up the comforts of the corporate world and plunge into our shared dream. Soon we were turning our simple vision into a concrete action plan. Our ambitions were further fueled with the overdose of caffeine that comes with starting operations out of Starbucks. The idea proved infectious. Before we knew it, we had grown into a global team of driven professionals, joined by our passion for experience-led travel.

Drawing from a range of experiences gained from leadership roles in some of the largest names in online travel, as well as practices learned from strategy consulting in some of the most respected of corporations, the Isango! team has built one of the largest, most accessible collections of enriching travel experiences in the world, providing you with easy access to what were once hard-to-book products.
